THE WHEATSHEAF PUBLIC HOUSE
Tel: 01908 374795

The original thatched building burnt down many years ago but not before photography captured its charm. Click here for old photos.

The Wheatsheaf serves evening meals on Thursday, Friday and Saturday - with the kitchen open from 7 pm until 9 pm. This is an addition to Sunday lunches which are available from noon until 4 pm.

But you want to eat at home but don't fancy cooking, try the take-away service:

Cod & Chips - £4.75

Sausage & Chips - £3.00

Burger & Chips - £3.50

Steak Pie & Chips - £2.75

Chicken Pie & Chips - £2.75

Chicken & Chips - £3.50

Additional single items available including curry sauce, beans and mushy peas.

Don't forget the Friday night quiz with the emphasis being
on fun and laughter, rather than wisdom!

On the last Sunday of the month folk musicians meet for a "session".
