service was extended to run from Oxford to Cambridge. Today passengers
trains on the Marston Vale Line run only between Bletchley and

The Grand Union, originally the
Grand Junction, Canal runs just a couple of miles from the village.

A Trust has been formed to advance
plans for a new waterway between the River Ouse near Bedford to the
Grand Union Canal, south Milton Keynes.
